These Terms & Conditions govern your use of getrichwithrooms.com and the Get RICH with Rooms educational seminars, downloadable materials, and related consultations offered by Medallion Homes, LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). By using the website or purchasing a product or service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use or purchase the applicable service.

Our training provides educational information about individual room rentals in investment properties and second homes. It is not legal, tax, financial, investment, insurance, property-management, or other regulated professional advice. We do not guarantee rental income, occupancy, profitability, financing, regulatory approval, or any financial outcome. Results depend on property conditions, location, expenses, decisions, and applicable law. Consult qualified professionals when needed.

Current published offers may include: Complete Seminar — Video Training ($297); Seminar + Toolkit ($397); and Premium Package ($597), which includes the seminar, Toolkit, and one initial 30-minute live course consultation. Separately available offerings include Toolkit Only ($147) and an additional 30-minute Course Consultation ($297). The prices and inclusions shown at checkout control a particular purchase; applicable taxes, if any, are disclosed at checkout.

Purchased seminar video access lasts six (6) months from the date of purchase unless an applicable checkout description states otherwise. Seminar videos are streaming-only and may not be downloaded, copied, recorded, retransmitted, shared, resold, or redistributed. Authorized downloadable worksheets and Toolkit materials may be retained and used by the purchaser for their own personally owned or managed properties. The materials may not be sold, sublicensed, posted publicly, or distributed to other individuals or businesses. Access credentials are personal and must not be shared.

A Premium Package includes the first 30-minute live course consultation. Additional 30-minute Course Consultations are sold separately and may be purchased by current or former course customers. Consultations concern questions about the educational course and its operating concepts and do not constitute individualized professional legal, tax, or investment services. Appointment scheduling and any cancellation or rescheduling rules will be presented before booking. [Finalize exact cancellation, late-arrival, no-show, and rescheduling terms before publication.]

Subject to applicable consumer protection law, paid course content becomes nonrefundable once any paid course content is first accessed; the Toolkit becomes nonrefundable upon its first download; and a live consultation becomes nonrefundable once the consultation begins. For a bundled purchase, first access to any included paid component makes the entire bundle nonrefundable, except where required by law. Any refund eligibility before first access is determined by the final Refund Policy disclosed at checkout. You are responsible for assessing property suitability, operating expenses, building and safety requirements, fair-housing obligations, licensing, zoning, occupancy limits, landlord–tenant rules, screening and privacy obligations, and all other applicable requirements. Any week-to-week rental, no-deposit approach, or seven-day termination provision described in the educational materials is an example of the Company’s operating approach, not a representation that it is lawful or enforceable everywhere. The website, videos, text, templates, checklists, signs, designs, and branding are owned by or licensed to the Company. Purchasing access grants only the limited personal-business-use license described above; it does not transfer ownership or broader intellectual-property rights. Unauthorized duplication, commercial distribution, recording, or account sharing is prohibited.

You agree to provide accurate checkout and contact information, maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials, and avoid fraudulent, infringing, disruptive, unlawful, or unauthorized use of the site or course platforms. We may restrict access for serious violations, subject to applicable law.

Checkout, hosting, enrollment, communications, scheduling, and payments may be provided through third-party platforms. Your use of those systems may also be subject to their own terms. Payment information is handled by the applicable payment processor; we do not represent that all payment card details are stored by the Company.

We may send service emails reasonably related to a purchase, enrollment, or customer inquiry. For SMS, informational and promotional text-message consents are separate, optional, and not preselected. Consent to marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase. Texts may include course information, reminders, customer service responses, seminar announcements, and special offers according to the specific consent given. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance. See the Privacy Policy for information on treatment of phone numbers and SMS opt-in data.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Collection and use of personal information are described in the Company’s Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. Both policies should be linked conspicuously from applicable website forms and checkout pages.

We may improve, modify, or discontinue website features and educational content. Any modification to a purchased product will be handled consistently with the access and deliverables promised at purchase and applicable consumer law. We may update these Terms by posting a revised effective date; changes do not retroactively eliminate rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, services and information are provided without any guarantee of a particular educational or financial outcome. The Company is not responsible for losses caused by independent real-estate decisions, third-party services, tenant actions, or legal noncompliance. Any enforceable limitation of liability must comply with applicable law and is subject to legal review. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Any dispute relating to the website, seminars, Toolkit, or consultations will be handled in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
